## 1. Terms of Service
**Who we are.** This website (www.benz-market.com) is operated by Benz-Market. Our store runs on the Shopify platform.
**Age requirement.** Our products are smoking accessories intended for adults only. By using this site and placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
**Local laws.** You are responsible for making sure that the products you order are legal to buy, import and use where you live.
**Orders and pricing.**
- All prices are shown in US dollars (USD).
- Product listings, prices and availability may change without notice.
- You can cancel your order at any time until it ships — just email us with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may be able to return it under our Returns & Refunds policy below.
- We may refuse or cancel an order — for example, if a product is out of stock or there was a pricing or listing error. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you will receive a full refund.
**Using our site.** Please don't use our site for any unlawful purpose, to submit false information, or to interfere with the site's operation or security.
**Liability.** To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
**Governing law.** These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
**Changes.** We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

## 2. Shipping & Duties
- **Where we ship:** We ship worldwide from Israel.
- **Processing time:** Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- **Delivery time:** Once shipped, delivery typically takes 14–30 business days, depending on the product and destination.
- **Tracking:** Every order ships with a tracking number.
- **Shipping costs:** Available shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.
- **Delays:** Delays can happen due to customs or other circumstances outside our control.
**Import duties & taxes.** Orders shipped outside Israel may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by the destination country. **These charges are the customer's responsibility** and are not included in our prices or shipping costs. Parcels that are refused, or that are not collected because duties or taxes were not paid, are not eligible for a refund.

## 3. Returns & Refunds
**14-day returns.** You can request a return within **14 days of delivery**.
**Sale items.** Sale items **can** be returned, under the same conditions as full-price items.
**Condition of returned items.** Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
**Non-returnable items.** For hygiene reasons, used items — such as pipes, bongs, mouthpieces and similar products — cannot be returned.
**How to start a return.**
1. Email us at benzmarket1@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Our support team will reply with return instructions and the return address. **Please don't send items back before you receive the return address from us.**
3. Send the item back. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
**Return shipping costs.** The customer pays for return shipping, and original shipping costs are non-refundable. If your item arrived defective, damaged or incorrect, we cover the return shipping.
**Damaged, defective or wrong items.** If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll make it right.
**Refunds.** Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
**Exchanges.** We offer refunds only; we do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different item, return the original for a refund and place a new order.

## 4. Privacy Policy
**What we collect.** When you place an order or contact us, we collect the information needed to process and deliver it — such as your name, email address, shipping and billing address and phone number, and order details. When you browse our site, we and our service providers automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, and pages viewed.
**How we use it.** To process, ship and track your orders; to provide customer support; to prevent fraud; to improve our store; and — only if you opt in — to send you marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time.
**Payments.** Payments are processed by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
**Who we share it with.** We share information only with the service providers needed to run our store — such as our e-commerce platform (Shopify), payment processors, shipping carriers and analytics providers — and when required by law. **We do not sell your personal information.**
**Cookies.** Our site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. You can manage cookies in your browser settings.
**Your rights.** You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw your consent to marketing, by emailing benzmarket1@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.
**Data retention.** We keep your information as long as needed to fulfil orders, meet legal and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes.
